Counselling is a process that requires time, dedication and effort. As such, we have designed counselling packages for your convenience. You may choose to book an individual session or a package. Kindly note that there is a validity period for the counselling packages.
Counselling Fees
Free introductory call: We offer first-time clients a free 10-minute initial call before booking your first session in order to help you decide if our services are suitable for your needs without incurring any fees or costs. Each counselling session is 50 to 60 minutes. Please note that the prices below are for online counselling services only.

Fee Policies
- The payment for the counselling session is collected on the day of the appointment.
- For discounted packages, the fees are collected before the start of the sessions. Clients will not be allowed to begin the counselling session if payment has not been made. All payments are non-refundable once the session commences.
*Please note the following validity periods of the counselling packages:
- 6 sessions – Valid for 3 months
Cancellation Policy
Please provide a minimum of 24 hours notice if you cannot attend your appointment. Failure to do so will result in being charged for the session.
